It has 12 fiber female MTP/MPO connectors on both ends and a Base-8 design that works with QSFP+ 40GBASE-SR4 and QSFP28 100GBASE-SR4 connections. It is backward compatible with existing 50/125 fiber.

An MTP/MPO connector packs 12 fibers into roughly the space one SC connector would need, and push/pull tabs make one handed installation and removal easy. Each cable is checked for insertion loss and back reflection before it ships. The magenta jacket identifies it as OM4 and is plenum rated for ceilings, walls and ducts.

General
Brand: Tripp Lite
Product line: Eaton Tripp Lite Series
Part number: N845-15M-12-MG
Cable type: Patch cable
Package quantity: 1

Cable and Fiber
Length: 15 m (49.2 ft)
Fiber: OM4 multimode, 50/125 µm
Fiber count: 12
Jacket: Plenum rated
Color: Magenta
Features: Plenum, Push-pull connector

Connectors
Connectors: MTP/MPO-12 (female) to MTP/MPO-12 (female), push/pull tabs

Physical and Environmental
Operating temperature: -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C)

Compliance and Warranty
Manufacturer warranty: Limited Lifetime

https://www.datorpro.com/products/tripp-lite-eaton-n845-15m-12-mg-15m-49-2ft-12-fiber-mtp-mpo-female-to-female-om4-multimode-plenum-fiber-cable-40-100gbase-sr4-push-pull-tabs-magenta
