Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Custom configurations and special order items may take longer, and we will let you know before we ship.

Shipping Methods
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Small items travel by ground or express parcel service. Servers, storage arrays, and other heavy equipment may ship by freight carrier. You can choose from the available options at checkout, and the rate shown is the rate you pay.

Delivery Times
Ground orders typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Expedited options (2 day and overnight) are available at checkout for most items. Freight deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days. These are estimates, since the carrier controls the final delivery date.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it within 2 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes for freight orders. If you need international shipping, contact us before ordering so we can quote the correct rate and confirm any customs requirements.

Freight Deliveries
For freight shipments, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. The carrier will call to schedule an appointment. Please inspect the packaging before signing, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Damaged or Missing Items
Every unit is carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the item. We will work with the carrier and get a replacement or refund sorted out quickly.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it before the order ships, but not after.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
