Built to work as a direct replacement for the NVIDIA Mellanox MFP7E20-N005, this 5 meter aqua cable splits one angled MPO (female) connector into two angled MPO (female) connectors. It uses Type-B (crossover) polarity. OM4 fiber has a 50 micron core and handles 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 550 meters and 400 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters. It also works with existing OM3 cabling.
The low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket cuts down on toxic and corrosive gas if the cable burns and is self-extinguishing, which is why this material is the usual pick for tight, poorly ventilated spaces such as aircraft, rail cars and ships.
