This OM4 MTP®/MPO multimode fiber cable handles high-density 40G and 100G links between switches and servers, cutting down on cable bulk and making routing across data hall racks easier. Thanks to its 12-fiber layout, it gives you fast MTP®/MPO links across multi-fiber setups, and the Erika Violet jacket follows TIA color standards so OM4 is easy to tell apart from aqua OM3 cabling.
Made with OM4 50/125 µm laser-optimized Corning glass, the cable gives steady, high-bandwidth performance over data center and backbone runs. The Type-B polarity MTP® Elite connector keeps transmit and receive correctly aligned on multi-lane connections, so no extra crossover parts are needed. Every cable is individually tested for signal integrity.
The OFNP plenum-rated jacket satisfies tough fire safety and low smoke requirements, so the cable can be routed through air-handling spaces in commercial and enterprise buildings, including data center and in-wall pathways.
It is designed for structured MTP®/MPO systems such as multi-fiber trunks, cassettes and patching setups, so your fiber network can grow and move between 10G, 40G and 100G with ease. The 12-fiber format packs in more connections with fewer cables, for cleaner and more efficient installs.
