The AccelTex ATS-01123 is a 4 element dual band Wi-Fi patch antenna for 2.4 to 2.5 GHz and 5.1 to 5.85 GHz with 8 dBi gain, two horizontal and two vertical polarized elements and VSWR of 1.5:1. Beamwidths are 125 x 35 degrees at 2.4 GHz and 114 x 24 degrees at 5 GHz. It has four RP-SMA leads of 35.8 inches, 50 ohm impedance and an ABS housing rated IP66 for -40 to 70 C, and it flush mounts on a wall.
