Product Information
The Amprobe NCV-1040 is a pocket size non-contact voltage tester that safely detects AC voltage through wire insulation without breaking into the circuit. It is safety rated CAT IV 1000 V, is IP65 water and dust resistant and works indoors and out. It gives audible and LED alerts, detects magnetic solenoids and identifies polarity, and has an LED flashlight, low battery indicator and auto power off. Two AAA batteries are included. It is an electrical tester rather than a network tester.
