The ATTO ThunderLink N3 3102 is an external adapter that connects Thunderbolt 3 computers such as all in ones and mobile workstations to 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks and storage. It has two Thunderbolt 3 ports for daisy chaining and ships with two SFP+ LC transceivers and a power adapter. It supports link aggregation, teaming, load balancing, ATTO Advanced Data Streaming and TSO and LSO offloads, with SNMP and RMON management. It works with macOS, Windows, Linux and VMware ESXi and is TAA compliant. The title gives two SFP+ ports while the interface spec lists one, so please confirm.
