This 3 meter (9.8 ft) Belkin 10 Gig Aqua patch cable uses laser optimized multimode fiber (LOMMF), OM3 grade, built for 10Gb Ethernet. It is rated for 10 Gigabit runs of up to 300 meters with 850 nm VCSEL optics and gives you close to three times the bandwidth of older 62.5/125 multimode fiber.
LC connectors sit on both ends, the cable works with the 50/125 equipment you already have, and it pairs with 10GBase-SR, 10GBase-LRM, SFP+ and QSFP+ transceivers.
