Set up fast data links across your local network with this 15 meter (49.2 ft) Belkin 50/125 multimode patch cable. It works with the network equipment you already have and delivers three times the bandwidth of traditional 62.5/125 multimode fiber.
Both ends have duplex LC multimode male connectors, so there is no splicing and setup is quick. The cable works with transceivers such as SFP. It uses laser optimized fiber with a 50 micron core and 125 micron cladding, which has a larger diameter and more light gathering capacity than single mode fiber. That makes it a good fit for shorter backbone runs, such as inside an office building. It handles 10Gb links of up to 300 meters at 850 nm and pairs with 10GBase-SR, 10GBase-LRM, SFP+ and QSFP+ transceivers.
