The Black Box LBPS01A-KIT is a pair of VDSL Ethernet extenders that carry 10/100 Ethernet over existing twisted-pair phone wire for up to 4,000 ft. One unit is a PoE source that can power a PoE device at the far end, such as an IP camera or access point, so no extra outlet is needed there.
