The Black Box LGC5210A is a media converter, not a network card, that extends a network over fiber and powers PoE+ devices at the far end, for example IP cameras, VoIP phones or Wi-Fi access points. It has two autosensing 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports with 802.3at PoE+ and an SFP slot that takes multimode, single mode or copper SFP modules. It runs from an external power adapter and is TAA compliant.
