The Black Box LMC400A is a pocket sized media converter, not a network adapter, for bringing fiber to desktops and other tight spaces. It links a 10/100/1000 RJ-45 copper port to an SFP slot that takes 155 Mbps 100Base-FX SFP optics, supports jumbo frames up to 10,240 bytes and has LEDs for power, copper and fiber status. It weighs only 2.5 ounces and can be USB powered or run from an external adapter. It is TAA compliant.
