For 40 and 100 Gigabit links in a data center or wiring closet, this 3 meter (9.8 ft) C2G cable gives you OM4 multimode fiber, an aqua jacket, an LC connector on one end and an SC connector on the other. Use it with 40GBase-SR4 and 100GBase-SR10 optics as well as SFP+ and QSFP+ transceivers.
The 50/125 fiber works with the 50/125 equipment you already have, and its extra bandwidth headroom supports both LED and VCSEL laser light sources.
