The Cisco Nexus X25 SmartNIC (K3P-S, NXN-K3P-2X-4GB=) is a low profile dual port SFP28 card on a PCIe 3.0 x8 interface, built for ultra low latency trading and similar workloads. Its ports run at 10 or 25 Gb Ethernet (and lower speeds) with SR, LR or copper connections, and it has 4 GB of onboard memory and PTP time sync. Listed latency is as low as 629 ns for 64 byte raw frames and about 850 ns for small TCP packets, with up to 128 IP and 64 MAC filter rules per port.
