This 1 meter LC to SC single mode duplex patch cable from Tripp Lite is made with 8.3/125 zipcord fiber. It is terminated with LC connectors on one end and SC connectors on the other, uses a PVC jacket, and carries both FDDI and OFNR ratings. Duplex single mode fiber like this is most often used in LAN applications.
