Eaton's Tripp Lite NPOE-SPL-G-5VMU is an active 802.3af splitter that takes 48 V PoE from a switch or injector up to 100 m (328 ft) away and splits it into 5 V 1 A (5 W) power on a USB Micro-B plug plus Gigabit data on an RJ-45 plug. This is a splitter, not an injector.
