The Fluke Networks TS19 (19800003) is a basic butt-in test set for in-house telecom technicians. It offers talk, monitor and ringer modes, tone (DTMF) and pulse dialing, 18 digit last number redial, continuous polarity indication and an electronic ringer that can be switched off. A high impedance monitor provides DataSafe operation, and the line cords and belt hook are field replaceable. It has banana jacks with two banana to alligator clip leads and survives a 3.3 ft drop.
