The Fortinet FN-TRAN-QSFP28-SR is a 100GBase-SR4 QSFP28 optic for Fortinet appliances with QSFP28 slots. It carries 100 Gigabit Ethernet (up to 103.1 Gbps) at 850 nm over multimode fiber with an MPO-12 connector, reaching up to 328 ft (about 100 m). It is hot swappable, supports digital diagnostics monitoring and draws about 3.5 W. Listed systems include the FortiGate 3400E, 3401E, 3600E, 3601E, 3960E, 3980E and 7030E.
