Product Information
The HPE J9828-61001 is a 700 watt PoE+ internal power supply for Aruba 5400R zl2 switches, with up to 275 watts available for PoE devices. It sets itself to the incoming power automatically, from 100-127V or 200-240V AC at 50 or 60 Hz.
Key Features
- Redundancy: if one supply fails, the others keep a fully loaded 5400R zl2 switch running
- Load sharing: two installed supplies split the load, which extends the life of both
- Hot swap: add or replace a supply without shutting down or rebooting the switch
- Fault detection: problems show on the switch Power Status and Fault LEDs and the supply's own Fault LED, and are logged in the console event log and web Alert log
- Green Power LED and orange Fault LED on the supply
- Can share a switch with J9829A and J9830A supplies (mixing is supported but not recommended)
