Lantronix's SI-IES-121D-LRT is a hardened unmanaged media converter with one 100/1000 SFP slot and two Gigabit RJ-45 ports that each supply PoE+ up to 30 W. It takes 48 to 57 V DC, runs from -40 to 167 °F, supports 10 KB jumbo frames and mounts on a DIN rail. It is TAA compliant. This is a media converter, not a standalone injector.
