Wires pass through openings in the front of the plug, so you can verify the sequence before crimping, with no wasted connectors or bad terminations. They have phosphor bronze contacts and fit 4-pair, 8-wire UTP cable. Use with an EZ-RJ45 crimp tool (sold separately).
