The MC420L converts between 10GBASE-SR/LR/LRM fiber and 10GBASE-T copper, extending your network over fiber with an SFP module. It follows IEEE 802.3ae, 802.3an and 802.3aq, and its RJ45 port auto-negotiates 1G/2.5G/5G/10G with Auto-MDI/MDIX. It is a strong pick for links between buildings, remote surveillance and factory automation, runs standalone or in the TP-Link MC1400 chassis and has front panel LEDs for live status. Reach depends on the SFP you use.
