The Opengear CM8196-10G is a 96 port high density console manager for large data centers, reaching routers, switches, firewalls, PDUs and serial consoles securely out of band. It has ninety-six RS-232 RJ-45 ports at up to 230.4 Kbps, two 10G SFP+, two gigabit RJ-45, two USB 3.0 and an RJ-45 console. A dual core Marvell 88F6820 at 1.6 GHz with 2 GB DDR4 and 32 GB flash supports Docker, TPM 2.0, Smart OOB, automated failover, IPsec and OpenVPN, with AD, LDAP, RADIUS and TACACS+. Dual redundant supplies draw about 30 W in 2U, with rack kit, two C13 to C14 cords, a DB-9 adapter and a 6 ft patch cable. The description notes TAA compliance.
