This converter has one 10GBase-T RJ-45 port and one pluggable transceiver port for fiber-to-fiber, copper-to-fiber or copper-to-copper conversion. It detects 10/100/1000/10000 port speeds automatically and rate-converts between ports when they differ, and the open port takes MSA compliant SFPs from Perle, Cisco or other makers.
