Product Information
A 15 foot slim CAT6 patch cable in orange with RJ-45 male connectors on both ends and snagless Clear-Claw boots. CAT6 runs at up to 250 MHz and delivers 10 Gbps over shorter runs of up to 55 meters (180 feet), with 1 Gbps available over runs of up to 100 meters (328 feet). That makes it a solid choice for fast home and office networks.
The cable is unshielded twisted pair (UTP). Its insulated copper pairs are twisted together and color coded so they are easy to tell apart, and the twisting itself cuts down on crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. With no added shielding, the cable stays light and easy to bend.
The CM-rated PVC jacket is a good fit for everyday indoor use and for connecting devices on the same floor at a reasonable cost. The cable supports PoE, is TIA compliant and is TAA compliant.
