This active optical cable is built as a drop-in replacement for the Arista Networks AOC-D-D-400G-1M. It links QSFP-DD to QSFP-DD ports at 400GBase-AOC with a maximum reach of 1 m (3.3ft). It runs over multimode fiber at 850 nm.
Before it ships, every cable is programmed, given its own serial number and tested with live data traffic in the target application, so it works as expected out of the box. It follows MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards, is TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
