This dual OEM active optical cable is coded on each end for a different brand: one end works as a Cisco SFP-10G-AOC10M and the other as a Intel XAOCBL-10M. It links SFP+ ports at 10GBase-AOC with a maximum reach of 10 m (32.8ft).
Each end starts up and behaves just like the matching Cisco or Intel cable, and the cable is built to meet or beat both makers' specs. Every unit is programmed, serialized and tested with live data traffic before it ships. It follows MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) standards, is TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
