A 1.5 meter (4.9 ft) Proline duplex patch cable with LC (male) connectors on both ends and 9/125 micron single mode fiber. Single mode fiber of this type is usually run at 1310 nm and 1550 nm and is a common choice where low loss over distance matters.
The two fiber strands work with transceivers that transmit and receive at the same time, and the connectors are UPC polished. The yellow OFNR (optical fiber nonconductive riser) jacket is designed for indoor fiber work, including vertical riser runs.
