Product Information
Break one MPO port out to four duplex LC connections with this 3 meter (9.8 ft) Proline fanout cable. A female MPO connector on one end splits into eight male LC connectors (four duplex pairs) on the other, carrying 8 strands of OM4 50/125 multimode fiber. OM4 supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet at up to 550 meters and 100 Gigabit Ethernet at up to 150 meters, and it is backward compatible with OM3.
The aqua jacket is OFNP (optical fiber nonconductive plenum) rated, the type required in air handling spaces such as raised floors and ducts, where cables must self extinguish and resist re-ignition.
