The Siemon MODAPT is a blue modular adapter for in-line testing of any plug and jack combination on UTP cabling. It has two 4-pair outlets and a 6 in (150 mm) cord with Siemon's universal 4-pair plug that fits standard 6 or 8 position jacks. Each conductor breaks out by pin number to eight test pads for alligator clips, and the body carries printed USOC, T568A and T568B wiring charts.
