This 3 meter (9.8 ft) StarTech.com OS2 MTP/MPO cable supports high density 40G and 100G links between switches and servers, cutting down cable bulk and simplifying routing across data hall racks. It carries 12 fibers of OS2 9/125 µm Corning glass between female MTP Elite connectors with angled (APC) polish and Type-B polarity, for use at 1310 nm or 1550 nm.
The yellow jacket is OFNP plenum rated for compliant runs in air handling spaces, and each cable is individually tested for signal integrity.
