This 4 meter (13.1 ft) StarTech.com duplex patch cable uses 9/125 micron single mode fiber (OS1) with an LC connector on one end and an SC connector on the other. It delivers fast, high bandwidth transfers on Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel networks.
The low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) flame retardant jacket keeps smoke, toxicity and corrosion low if the cable meets high heat or fire, so it suits industrial sites, central offices, schools and homes where building codes apply. Attenuation meets or exceeds industry standards, and each cable is individually tested and certified to stay within acceptable insertion loss limits.
