StarTech's POESLT1G48V splits a PoE connection of up to 90 W into Gigabit RJ-45 data and DC power on a 4-pin terminal block, selectable at 12, 16, 24 or 48 V (up to 1.5 A). It supports 802.3af, at and bt and mounts on a DIN rail or wall. It is TAA compliant. This is a splitter, not an injector.
