The StarTech PR15GR-NETWORK-CARD adds one multi-gig RJ-45 port to a desktop or server, running at 10M, 100M, 1G, 2.5G or 5G on the Realtek RTL8126 chip. The 2.5G and 5G speeds work over existing Cat5e cable, so no recabling is needed. It works in any PCIe slot from x1 up to x16, installs drivers automatically on Windows, Windows Server and Linux, and supports jumbo frames, VLANs, PXE and Wake on LAN. It has a low profile bracket and is TAA compliant.
