The TP-Link RE105 is a compact 802.11n Wi-Fi range extender, not a standalone antenna. It works with any router, gateway or access point to carry Wi-Fi up to 300 Mbps into areas the router does not reach, using two external MIMO antennas for a steadier signal. A Fast Ethernet port lets you plug in a wired device. It supports WEP, WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK encryption and uses about 3.6 W.
