The Transition Networks SGPAT1040-105 is a stand-alone media converter that links an SFP fiber port (100 or 1000Base-X) to a 10/100/1000 RJ-45 copper port, and it can also power the copper device with PoE+. It supports jumbo frames, auto negotiation and link pass-through, and mounts on a DIN rail or a wall. An external power adapter and DIN rail kit are included.
