The TRENDnet TC-NTP1 is an inline PoE tester with one gigabit port for the PSE and one for the powered device. T-mode checks which PoE standards and voltage a switch or injector supplies, N-mode covers passive PoE gear outside the standards, and I-mode shows voltage, current and wattage drawn by a connected PD. It covers 4PPoE, PoE+, PoE and passive PoE and needs no batteries. It is made in Taiwan and is TAA compliant.
