The TFC-GMSC converts 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet to 100/1000 Mbps multimode SC fiber over distances up to 550 m (1,800 ft). It has a 1000Base-T Auto-MDIX RJ-45 port and a 1000Base-SX SC fiber port, 2 Gbps switching capacity and LEDs for power and link activity.
It is a great fit for backbones within and between corporate buildings, works as a standalone converter with a durable metal case and included power adapter, carries a 3 year TRENDnet warranty and is NDAA and TAA compliant (US and Canada).
