This 15 meter (49.2 ft) Eaton Tripp Lite Series patch cable has an LC connector on one end and an ST connector on the other and is built on 9/125 single mode duplex zipcord fiber (8.3 micron core). Single mode cable delivers more bandwidth than multimode, with up to twice the throughput, which makes it a good choice for network equipment that calls for single mode patching across your LAN.
The fiber is real glass rather than polymer, and the male connectors have beveled glass ends that slide easily into a switch or patch panel. Attenuation meets or exceeds current industry standards. The PVC jacket is FDDI and OFNR rated, and the yellow color marks it clearly as single mode.
