This 3 meter (9.8 ft) Eaton Tripp Lite Series cable runs OS2 9/125 single mode fiber and is built for high density patching between MDFs and IDFs in enterprise data centers. It handles 400 Gb Ethernet and still works on older 10 Gb and 25 Gb networks, so it keeps up as you move to faster speeds.
The switchable LC/UPC duplex connectors let you change fiber polarity in seconds, with no tools and no re-termination. The round yellow low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket identifies it as single mode in a busy patch panel and limits toxic smoke if it ever burns.
