This 5 meter (16.4 ft) Eaton Tripp Lite Series cable carries 12 strands of 8.3/125 single mode fiber between two female MTP/MPO connectors with angled (APC) polish. It is made for 40 and 100 Gb Ethernet, including QSFP+ 40GBASE-PLR4 links.
Push/pull tabs make one handed install and removal easy, and the yellow jacket identifies it as single mode and is plenum rated.
