This 1 ft (0.3 m) Eaton Tripp Lite Series adapter cable lets you keep using installed ST fiber cabling after you move to switches with LC type SFP or GBIC transceivers. Plug the LC male end into the new switch and connect your existing ST cables to the female ST end, with no need to replace the whole fiber plant.
This version uses 50/125 micron multimode fiber. For 62.5/125 installations, Tripp Lite offers a matching 62.5 micron model, N457-001-62.
