The Eaton Tripp Lite T012-001-K is a multi-function cable tester kit for telecom and LAN installers. It tracks cable, finds shorts or breaks in non-powered wires and maps RJ-45 wiring to show shorts and opens. The main unit and probe can pick out an RJ-11, RJ-45 or BNC cable within a bundle, the probe has an LED flashlight and volume control, and headphones help in noisy areas. It includes two 9 V batteries, RJ-11 and RJ-45 jumpers, an alligator clip adapter and a carrying case, with a 2 year limited warranty.
