The Ubiquiti airFiber AF60-LR is a 60 GHz point to point bridge radio with an integrated 43 dBi dish, rather than a standalone antenna. It is rated for 1.8 Gbps and up to 7 miles in open space using Wave technology, with an ARM Cortex-A7 processor, built-in GPS, Bluetooth setup, AES and WPA2-PSK encryption, NTP, syslog and a speed test tool. It has one gigabit RJ-45 port with passive PoE, draws 18 W and has 24 kV ESD protection. A PoE injector and pole mount are included. The spec sheet lists 256 GB of DDR3 RAM, which looks like a data error, so please confirm if it matters.
